What does an after-hours callout cost?
There's no call-out fee, even at 3am on a public holiday. You only pay for the actual work, quoted upfront in writing before we begin. Emergency work also gets 10% off our standard rates.
Do I get the 10% discount on top of the $0 call-out?
Yes. The $0 call-out and 10% off emergency work both apply to your job, on the same invoice. Mention this offer when you call.
What suburbs do you cover after hours?
We cover all of Greater Sydney 24/7, including the Inner West, Western Sydney, Northern Suburbs, Sutherland Shire and the Eastern Suburbs. If your address falls outside our service area, we'll tell you the moment you call.
Are your electricians licensed and insured?
Every electrician is fully licensed and insured, with public liability cover. We're also Level 2 ASP accredited, which means we're authorised to work directly on the electricity network. All work meets NSW regulations and Australian Standards.
What should I do while I'm waiting?
If there's smoke or fire, call 000 first. Otherwise: switch off any affected appliances, turn off power at the main switchboard if you can do so safely, keep children and pets away from the area, and never use water on an electrical fault. Don't keep resetting a tripped safety switch either, that's a warning that something is unsafe.
